Yes! Underground Dynamics is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00. Please note that certain oversized or bulk items such as body kits are excluded from this offer. Shipping costs for excluded items will be calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within 7–10 business days. Please note that we currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, hardware, and documentation included. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is due to customer error — such as ordering the wrong part, incorrect fitment, or a change of mind — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For bulky items such as body kits, fenders, and hoods, returns must be coordinated directly with the original manufacturer. If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping in full.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued — all returns must include this number on the outside of the package or they will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or non-defective returns.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
