30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. The return window begins on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier, not the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • In original packaging with all accessories, hardware, and documentation

  • Free from installation attempts, modifications, or damage

  • Accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order number


Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is due to customer error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Customer error includes but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product, size, color, or fitment

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Ordering incompatible parts for your vehicle

  • Misunderstanding product specifications or descriptions

Bulky Items & Body Kits

Aftermarket body kits, fenders, hoods, and other bulky aerodynamic components are the customer's responsibility to return directly to the original manufacturer.

Due to the size, weight, and fragility of these items:

  • Customers must coordinate return shipping and bear all associated costs

  • Items must be returned to the manufacturer's designated return facility

  • Original packaging is required to prevent damage during transit

  • Underground Dynamics will provide manufacturer contact information and return authorization details

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we shipped the wrong item or your product arrived defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs. You must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping

  • Follow our provided return instructions


Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

  • Retain your tracking number and shipping receipt

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns: Refund processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method

  • Rejected returns: Items returned to you at your expense if they don't meet return criteria


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items beyond the 30-day return window

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified

  • Custom-ordered or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use


Refund Details

  • Refund Method: Original payment method only

  • Refund Amount: Purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless we made an error)

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or non-defective returns

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after inspection

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective products.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items
