Yes, but only before your order ships. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

If you need to change your shipping address, contact Underground Dynamics customer support immediately:

  • The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to update your address
  • Provide your order number and the correct shipping address
  • Our team will update your order if it hasn't been processed for shipping yet

Time-Sensitive Window

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
  • Address changes must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order
  • Once the order enters our shipping process, address modifications are no longer possible

After Your Order Has Shipped

Address Cannot Be Changed

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. At this point:

  • The package is in the carrier's possession
  • The shipping label has been generated with the original address
  • Underground Dynamics no longer has control over the delivery route

What To Do If Your Order Already Shipped

  • Contact the carrier directly (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Request an address intercept or delivery reroute

  • Ask them to hold the package for you to pick up
